How to prepare instant aloo mash and crunchy snacks with Just Potate

    Take one cup of dry flakes

  • arrow

    Add 3-5 cups of warm water to suit the consistency required

  • arrow

    Stir continuously

  • arrow

    The mash will be ready in minutes

  • arrow

    Add the remaining ingredients to be used in the recipe of your choice

Dry Potato Slices

How to prepare instant potato slices with Just Potate

  • arrow

    Heat up oil to around 180° Celsius

  • arrow

    Drop in a portion or the entire pack of dry chips

  • arrow

    Once dropped, the chips will rest at the bottom

  • arrow

    Continue to fry (about 19-20 secs) till the chips start moving up and float

  • arrow

    Turn/flip the chips and continue frying for about 5-6 secs

  • arrow

    Take the chips out of the pan and drain the surface oil

  • arrow

    Let the chips cool down a bit (3-4 mins)

  • arrow

    Sprinkle your choice of seasoning / salt / masala and serve

Dry Potato Julienne

How to prepare instant julienne (lachaa) with Just Potate

    Heat up oil to around 180° Celsius

  • arrow

    Drop in a portion or the entire pack of dry Julienne

  • arrow

    Once dropped, the Julienne will rest at the bottom

  • arrow

    Continue to fry (about 16-18 secs) till the Julienne start moving up and float

  • arrow

    Turn/flip the Julienne and continue frying for about 4-5 secs

  • arrow

    Take the Julienne out of the pan and drain the surface oil

  • arrow

    Let the Julienne cool down a bit (3-4 mins)

  • arrow

    Sprinkle your choice of seasoning / salt / masala and serve
