Just Potate products are made from the best quality of potatoes grown by farmers using best quality tubers (seeds) supplied by SV AGRI and are free from any harmful chemicals including Sulphite (SO2).
The ready to mash Potato Flakes make cooking extremely efficient and a delight for you as these reduce most of your pre-preparation time, while still maintaining the original aroma, texture and taste. Take one cup of dry flakes
Add 3-5 cups of warm water to suit the consistency required
Stir continuously
The mash will be ready in minutes
Add the remaining ingredients to be used in the recipe of your choice
Heat up oil to around 180° Celsius
Drop in a portion or the entire pack of dry chips
Once dropped, the chips will rest at the bottom
Continue to fry (about 19-20 secs) till the chips start moving up and float
Turn/flip the chips and continue frying for about 5-6 secs
Take the chips out of the pan and drain the surface oil
Let the chips cool down a bit (3-4 mins)
Sprinkle your choice of seasoning / salt / masala and serve
Heat up oil to around 180° Celsius
Drop in a portion or the entire pack of dry Julienne
Once dropped, the Julienne will rest at the bottom
Continue to fry (about 16-18 secs) till the Julienne start moving up and float
Turn/flip the Julienne and continue frying for about 4-5 secs
Take the Julienne out of the pan and drain the surface oil
Let the Julienne cool down a bit (3-4 mins)
Sprinkle your choice of seasoning / salt / masala and serve
